We decided to stay with Grammy and Grandpa - or as Livi calls them: Dammy and Papa Pop - this visit. We had a blast. The kids were up early every morning, up with the sun and ready to eat breakfast (and watch for hummingbirds, or "honeybirds" as Livi calls them) so they could get over to the park as soon as possible! It was so nice that just across the street the kids had what seemed to be their own private park - swings, slides, monkey bars and grass. Both of my kids love being outside, and having a backyard or a park so close is honestly heaven to them. They played in the toy closet, played basketball with Will's very own basketball hoop, watched movies with Dammy, danced, Livi ate as many Snickers as Papa Pop would give her (or that Mommy would allow), played at the park, went up and down the stairs (until Papa Pop and Lala went and found a baby gate, hallelujah), read stories, colored pictures, and found every ceramic cat (and animal) in the house to "play" with. They
loved it there. So much so that coming home has been a disappointment. (sigh) But that's how it should be. Grandkids should always want to be at their grandparents' homes instead! I know I did! (And she has 3 grandparents' homes in Utah!)
Here are "just a few" of my favorites from our down time at Grammy and Papa Pop's house. Now we shared many more memories - there were the simple day to day things, baking braided bread with Grammy and a few outings like a trip to BYU to try and buy football tickets (not on sale yet) and find BYU mint brownies and chocolate milk at the Creamery; Mom and I even had a girls' day out complete with shopping, JDawgs and a late night movie (but we chose to enjoy the day, not document it); and I'm sure I'm missing others. It was a fantastic trip.

| On our trip home from Memorial Day festivities, Olivia was eating a piece of bread. Lala asked if she could have some. Olivia said yes, and handed this little crumb to Lala. Hilarious. |
 |
| Another one of the greatest toys ever made. The oldies are always the goodies. |

| Only those of you who know my daughter will know how funny this picture is. |

| A last visit to Wymount before they tear it down. It was so fun seeing it through my Mom's eyes and what she remembers as a little girl. |
 |
| She loved this little hallway. |
 |
| What a view. |
 |
| Okay...so we went to Brick Oven as a last hoorah. We ordered the Heaps Special so we had eaten an exorbitant amount of food, including dessert. But we had also told our waiter that we were celebrated the May birthdays: Grandpa, Aaron and Mom - so they also got the free birthday dessert! These were their reactions. Hilarious. |

| So. Much. Food. |

| Teaching Livi how to swing independently. She'd rather be pushed. |

| Bubbles make everything more fun. |
 |
| We played ball with Livi - and even Grandpa got in on the fun! He definitely hit the farthest! |
