22 September 2012 ~ the Endeavour
It was amazing to see history in action! Before retiring the Endeavour, it made one last flight. We met up with our friend Amy and her son Asher on the Santa Monica Pier/beach to witness this amazing experience! Olivia and Asher probably won't remember it, but at least we'll have the photos and video to prove it, right? It was awe inspiring, I was overcome with a sense of pride and reverence as I watched it fly right over us. One amazing day!
