After attending a memorial service for Debbie's aunt, we took advantage of being down south to visit San Pedro. During their last visit, the Ericksons went to the Point Fermin Lighthouse and loved it; they wanted to share it with us! It was beautiful. There is a huge grass area, a path along the coast, a paletero (ice cream man), a playground, the lighthouse, picnic tables, and amazing trees to clumb. We ate our lunch on the picnic tables, watched the huge ships at sea, walked along the path, laughed as we watched Livi devour her ice cream sandwich, and played on the playground. It was a perfect end to a beautiful day.

Olivia playing in the sand with Grandma...and her secret admirer! This cute boy followed her everywhere and kept calling her "baby".

We love Grandma hugs!

Cuando nos pasaron el paletero, no pude evitarlo - tuve que comprarla a mi hija un helado. Lo comio con mucho entusiasmo. :)

Quite the view, right?

Her aunties kept making her laugh - this is her "You crazy aunties!" face.
|
Creeper Auntie Lauren! When we showed Livi this photo after the fact, she had quite the horrified expression on her face! Wish we would have caught it on film!
