It's official. Olivia has had her first cold and fever. She gave Aaron and me quite the scare yesterday as her temperature continued to rise. After she topped 101 and was on the road to 102, we decided to call her doctor. He wanted to see her last night, there's some nasty stuff going around...so we drove to the office. Of course, by the time we got there, her temperature had dropped back to almost normal. Typical. The Tylenol we'd been giving her for 12 hours decided to finally work on the way to the doctor. Typical!!! But it was still good to get her looked at. She's perfectly healthy other than a little cold/fever. Sleeping has been interesting...for Livi and her parents. But it's amazing how we can function on such little sleep. I will say this...Livi is not so much a snuggler. She's snuggling more than in the past --- but when she's sick, oh my goodness. She loves to be held and cuddled. And looking into a baby's swollen red eyes and hearing her cough is so heartbreakingly darling. We're not saying we look forward to her ever getting sick again, but she is oh so cute. Yesterday she didn't do much except snuggle, sleep, cry, and want to be held. Today, she's back to her usual self....with a little extra nose "runnage". :)

SO CUTE!!! Just talkin away! Sorry she was sick! Drew used to make that noise (kind of), but he doesn't do that any more :( What a sweetheart. It would be so fun to have those two get together.
